    U.S. LIQUID EGGS PIZZA
Serves 4| Prep/cooking time 20mins
INGREDIENTS | 
- 4 cups flour
 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
 - ¼ cup warm mashed potatoes
 - 1 cup raisins
 - 1 cup warm water
 - 8 tbsps. U.S. liquid eggs
 - 8 tbsps. sugar
 - 2 tsps. yeast
 - ½ tsp. salt
 - Coffee to serve
 
PREPARATION | 
- Pan-fry turkey bacon slices until crispy. Transfer over paper towel.
 - Add shallots to same pan and stir until brown. Stir in asparagus for 2-3 minutes.
 - Spread vegetables over pizza dough and sprinkle bacon on top.
 - Whisk U.S. liquid eggs with salt and pepper.
 - Slowly, pour over pizza toppings. Sprinkle red sweet pepper, basil and cheese.
 - Bake until eggs are set and cheese melts. Serve with salad.
