Choosing to be a chef was her first leap of faith. Her second - trading her beloved home town for New York. For 24-year-old Tara, it is this fearlessness that has brought her success at such a young age.
In the beautiful gardens of her grandmother’s home in Broummana, Tara did what she does best, cook, this time for T&F, her mom and of course, Goldie, her golden retriever.
Lara3 believes cooking should be accessible and frank. A meal doesn’t have to be fancy and elaborate to look and taste amazing. The simplest recipes executed in the right way make for food that is quite simply divine.
