Hummus Beetroot - by Taste & Flavors

HUMMUS BEETROOT

Serves 6 | Prep/cooking 45 mins
INGREDIENTS
  • 200g beetroot, cooked
  • 200g cooked chickpeas
  • 50g tahini sauce
  • Sprinkle of salt
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
PREPARATION

1. Combine all the ingredients together in a mixer.

2. Serve in a bowl.

3. Garnish with orange slice and fresh basil leaf.
