1. Tell us about your culinary journey

2. What is your favorite ingredient to use?
My favorite ingredient is olive oil. It has a wonderful flavor, and it also makes you feel like you’re eating something healthy, so you can enjoy your food with a clear conscience. I also love working with cherry tomatoes. Their flavor is delicious, and they make any plate look beautiful when presented.
3. What is your “dream life” or your ultimate professional goal?
My dream is a big one: I want to help many people by cooking for those in need. It’s something I’ve always dreamed of doing, and I hope I can make it happen one day.
4. What is your basic principle or motto for your work?
The principle I live by is: “What you do is what you get.” Whatever you put out into the world will come back to you.
5. Do you have any upcoming projects?
I have many projects currently in the works, but I can’t reveal them just yet. Stay tuned, there’s more to come, God willing.
