Sushi Art, the UAE’s leading premium casual sushi brand, has teamed up with Michelin-starred Chef Gregoire Berger for an exclusive new Omakase menu, launched on April 15, 2025. Priced at AED 159, the eight-course experience is now available across all Sushi Art locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Known for its chef collaborations, Sushi Art’s latest venture takes a personal turn. Chef Gregoire, a loyal guest of the brand for over a decade, brings a deeply emotional and creative approach to the Japanese Omakase tradition—where diners leave the meal selection to the chef. Each dish reflects Gregoire’s signature blend of bold flavours, storytelling, and refined technique.
The journey begins with the dramatic Black Sesame Dynamite Shrimp, featuring charcoal tempura, umeboshi-pink sesame, and crispy black noodles. Highlights also include the Nashi Pear & Cabbage Spring Roll, inspired by his daughter’s favourite salad, and Crispy Shiso Tacos with Salmon & Kalamansi, blending crisp textures with bright citrus notes.
Other standout creations include the blue-hued Obsiblue Roll with Tom Kha, Tuna Nigiri with Kimchi No Moto, and flame-torched Wagyu Nigiri with Cherry BBQ Sauce. For dessert, guests can enjoy the Matcha Ganache Mochi with Milk Yuzu Lemongrass Sauce and a sophisticated Chocolate Tart with Vanilla & Buckwheat.
