A global benchmark returns bigger than ever
The world’s leading food industry trade fair, SIAL Paris 2026, is gearing up for its most ambitious edition yet. It will return to Paris Nord Villepinte from October 17 to 21, 2026.
Building on the success of its record-breaking 2024 event, the upcoming edition is expected to further solidify its position as a global benchmark. It also reinforces its role as a business accelerator for the agri-food sector.
With 85% of exhibition space already booked nine months ahead of opening, the event is set to reach impressive scale. It is projected to host up to 8,000 exhibitors and welcome 295,000 industry professionals. The exhibition will span more than 280,000 square meters.
Strong commercial momentum and global reach
SIAL Paris 2026 is already demonstrating strong commercial traction. Exhibition space sales are up 16% compared to the same stage of the previous edition.
Core sectors such as grocery, fine food, meat, and fresh produce are nearing full capacity. At the same time, categories like frozen foods, sweet goods, and beverages continue to expand and attract new participants.
Leading European exporters are among the top participating countries. These include Italy, Spain, Türkiye, Greece, and France. Their presence highlights the event’s international scale and influence.
Innovation takes center stage
Innovation remains at the heart of SIAL’s strategy. Marking its 30th anniversary, SIAL Innovation will introduce a revamped format. It will also integrate immersive tasting experiences.
More than 650 startups are expected to participate in the event. Dedicated platforms will give them visibility and direct access to investors, buyers, and partners.

Beyond business, SIAL Paris serves as a platform for insight and dialogue. Through its SIAL Summit and Talks, global experts will address key industry challenges. These include sustainable food systems, artificial intelligence, and evolving consumer expectations.
