| INGREDIENTS | 
• 1 cup coarse sea salt
• 3 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
• Zest from one lemon, grated
| PREPARATION | 
1. Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until all are combined. Combine with salt in a bowl; stir and muddle till well mixed.
2. Pour onto a baking sheet and allow to air dry for two days, stirring frequently, about every 15 to 30 minutes.
3. Once dry, store in an air-tight container. Use on roasted or baked chicken, grilled meats. sliced tomatoes
or eggs.
