INGREDIENTS | 
• 50 ml Nikka from the barrel
• 15 ml homemade coconut milk
• 10 ml homemade cinnamon syrup
• 10 ml red wine framboise vinegar
• Egg whites
PREPARATION | 
1. Pour all of the ingredients into a shaker. Shake well.
2. Strain into shaker again; shake without ice.
3. Strain into chilled sniffer glass.
4. Garnish with two raspberries ries and enjoy.
