Tell us a bit about your professional journey
My journey began with a deep passion for media and being in front of the camera, which soon fused with my lifelong love for cooking. This unique blend led me to participate in Top Chef competitions, where I proudly earned the title of first runner-up. Since then, I’ve showcased over 3,000 live recipes on MBC, sharing my culinary creations with viewers across the region. Today, I continue this passion through social media and consulting, focusing on menu engineering and developing innovative food concepts.

What is your dream in life?
My dream goes far beyond the act of cooking—it’s about connecting people through food, bringing joy to their hearts, and honoring the timeless stories of our grandparents. For me, true success lies in nurturing the heart and soul before the pocket. I aspire to preserve and carry forward the values and traditions passed down through generations, celebrating life and culture in every meal I create.
What are your current projects and future plans?
I’m incredibly excited to announce the launch of Hal’s Burger—a gourmet burger concept featuring my original recipes. Now available for delivery across the UAE, it brings high-quality burgers and sides straight to your door. This project has been a labor of love for quite some time, and it’s so fulfilling to finally see it come to life. I can’t wait for everyone to enjoy the flavors I’ve crafted with so much care.
