Dubai’s culinary scene has officially entered the global elite, with the 2025 Michelin Guide crowning FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio as the city’s first ever three-Michelin-star restaurants. This marks a historic moment not just for the city, but also for Indian cuisine globally, as Trèsind Studio becomes the first Indian restaurant in the world to earn the prestigious three-star rating.
