Chocolate smoothie
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • 5 dates
  • 1tbsp peanut/almond butter
  • 2tbsp oats
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt/coconut cream
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • Pinch of salt

 

PREPARATION
  1. Soak the dates in water until they soften.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Decorate and enjoy!
