Today he heads the kitchen at The Social Company, creating culinary wonders with his unlimited creativity, in this interview he explains how he got to where he currently is.

This journey has exposed me to a vast array of global ingredients and cuisines, yet I remain humbled by the knowledge that there is always more to learn. Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of working in and owning MICHELIN-starred restaurants, which have been a constant source of inspiration. As a MICHELIN-starred chef, my work is an ever-evolving process as I continually strive to create new ideas and dishes that delight diners. This blessing keeps me deeply passionate about my craft.”

“We are currently in the exciting process of opening ‘Row on 45’ in Dubai. This bespoke dining experience draws inspiration from my extensive career and profound appreciation for diverse, high-quality ingredients. ‘Row on 45’ will be an intimate yet opulent venue, centered around a state-of-the-art kitchen. Here, I will present a luxurious tasting menu featuring some of the finest ingredients our planet has to offer. This culinary experience will be complemented by carefully selected crockery, cutlery, and exquisite glassware, as well as an exceptional wine pairing curated by my sommelier team. We aspire to redefine gastronomic experiences with a focus on refined tasting menus, eagerly anticipating resounding success in delivering innovative flavors and impeccable service to connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike.”
