Abu Dhabi, February 5, 2026
Abu Dhabi’s thriving culinary scene is gearing up for one of its most exciting gastronomic showcases yet. On Thursday, February 5, 2026, La Petite Maison Abu Dhabi will host a special evening as part of the 50 Best Signature Sessions. The event is presented in collaboration with MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants and brings together leading culinary voices from across the region.
Celebrating Regional Talent and Shared Values
Designed as one-night-only collaborative dinners, the 50 Best Signature Sessions celebrate creativity, cultural exchange, and meaningful dialogue at the table. Each event pairs acclaimed chefs with established restaurants, offering diners exclusive menus created specifically for these singular occasions.
Taking place alongside the wider MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants Abu Dhabi program, the sessions form part of a week-long celebration of regional gastronomy. The calendar culminates in the annual awards ceremony, while also giving guests rare access to cross-border collaborations and bespoke dining experiences.
One Menu. Two Voices. A Culinary Conversation
At the heart of the evening is a four-course set menu, crafted exclusively for this one-night experience and shaped by two distinct culinary perspectives. The collaboration brings together Chef Basmah Marouf, the Kuwaiti chef behind Cantina, and Chef Navaneeth Chandran of La Petite Maison Abu Dhabi.
Based in Kuwait, Cantina is recognized for its ingredient-led approach and refined yet approachable Mediterranean-Italian cuisine. Chef Basmah’s cooking reflects her training, experience, and commitment to clarity of flavor, with a focus on balance and seasonality.
Representing the host kitchen, Chef Navaneeth Chandran leads the culinary vision at La Petite Maison Abu Dhabi.
Part of the globally recognized LPM group, the restaurant is known for its French-Mediterranean identity and emphasis on fresh, vibrant ingredients.
An Evening Shaped by Connection
The dinner will be served from 7:00 PM, with limited seating available and reservations required.
Guests can expect an intimate setting designed to highlight collaboration, craft, and the experience of shared dining.
Beyond the menu itself, the evening reflects a broader evolution within the region’s culinary landscape.
It celebrates collaboration, storytelling, and the growing importance of shared tables, offering diners not just a meal, but a moment shaped by connection and contemporary Middle Eastern gastronomy.
