Combine cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Rub onto whole U.S. turkey.
Dash with crushed pepper.
Cover with lightly butter foil.
Roast at preheated oven to 350°F until brown and cooked through, turning the pan every 30 minutes.
Uncover the bird for the last 10 minutes.
Transfer to a large platter covered with grape leaves.
Let stand for 10 minutes before curving.
