WINTER WHITE COCKTAILS

PREPARATION

1. Frambellini
Ingredients

• 4 drops rose water
• 3 fresh raspberries
• Prosecco-sparkling wine

Preparation
Place the raspberries in rose water in a Champagne flute.
Swirl in glass for the flavors to marry, top with Prosecco.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

2. Acapulco
Ingredients

• 50 ml coconut cream (coconut milk and cream)
• 20 ml Malibu
• 30 ml white rum

Preparation
For the coconut cream, mix equal parts coconut milk and cream.
Pour the coconut cream into a shaker over ice, add white rum and Malibu.
Shake well, strain and serve.

3. Peach Champagne
Ingredients

• 1 sugar cube
• 30 ml vodka peach or peach Schnapps
• Champagne

Preparation
In a Champagne glass, place one white sugar cube, add the peach flavored vodka (if flavored vodka is
unavailable, substitute with peach Schnapps).
Muddle well in a glass and top with Champagne.

4. Snowball Candy
Ingredients

• 1 big dollop of white cotton candy
• 1 small dollop of whipped cream
• 40 ml white rum

Preparation
Place the white cotton candy (Arabic Ghazl el Chabeb could be used instead) into a shaker over ice, add white rum and whipped cream.
Shake well and strain in a glass.
Garnish with cotton candy.

5. White Sangria
Ingredients

• 1 bottle white wine
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 splash soda
• Fresh fruits (apple, peach, grape, lychee)

Preparation
Dice 1 apple, 1 peach, 20 grapes and 4 lychees.
Place diced fruits in a jar.
Add 1 spoonful of white sugar and 1 bottle of white wine.
Let it sit in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Serve chilled in a wine glass, topped with a splash of soda or 7up.

6. White Chocolate Martini
Ingredients

• 30 ml white chocolate syrup
• 50 ml vodka
• 30 ml cream

Preparation
Pour the white chocolate syrup (Monin®) into a shaker over ice, add cream and then vodka.
Shake well and strain in a glass.
Garnish with grated white chocolate.
