SUMAC DIP

Serves 6 – 8 | Prep/Cooking 10 mins
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup tahina
  • ½ cup tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp thym sec
  • 3 tbsp sumac
  • 5 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp salt
PREPARATION

1. Mince the garlic.

2. Put it with the other ingredients in a blender, and process.
