IMMUNE PROTEIN BARS (NO BAKING)

INGREDIENTS

1tsp of wheatgrass or Chlorella or Spirulina
1scoop Collagen Peptides
1 sachet of Monk Fruit Sweetener or 1 Tbsp of Erythritol (Swerve)
4tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Milk
2tbsp Camu Powder
2tbsp Maca Powder
½cup Coconut Butter
1tsp Vanilla
½ tsp Cinnamon

Toppings: Unsweetened Shredded Coconut and or crushed Almonds

PREPARATION

Mix the coconut butter, vanilla, sweetener and milk.
Add the Camu Powder, cinnamon and Maca Powder, and mix more.
Add the collagen at the end
Spread the mix on a baking sheet in a pan
After Refrigerating for about 30 minutes, Sprinkle (optional)  the crushed almonds and coconut Refrigerate again overnight.
