HALVA GIN & TONIC

Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
  • 30ml Gin Banana (recipe follows)
  • 20ml Tahina Gin (recipe follows)
  • 3 drops orange blossom
  • 3 drops flower water
  • 120ml Schweppes tonic water
  • Garnish: chocolate rim
  • Glass: steamless wine glass

Tahina Gin

  • 700ml gin
  • 150g tahina

Infuse all ingredients for 2 hours than distill at 60 degrees using the rotary evaporator
Preparation: 3 hrs

Gin Banana

  • 1000ml gin
  • 250g ripe banana
  • 5g pectinex ultra sp-l

Blend all ingredients in a blender and rotate them for 20 minutes in centrifuge in order to clarify and remove all the banana sediments.
Preparation: 30 mins

PREPARATION

Put all the ingredients in a shaker, gently muddle the basil, shake with ice cubes and serve over a big chunk of ice.
