HEALTHY FRUIT HOMEMADE POPSICLES

Serves 5 | Prep/baking time 35 mins
INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 cups mango purée (Ravifruit)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cups frozen red fruits (Ravifruit)
  • Strawberries
PREPARATION

Mix all the ingredients in the mixer and then pour them in the moulds and freeze them.

The frozen fruits, purées and ice cream moulds  are all available at @polygelhomebaker.

TIPS

You can add milk, honey or peanut butter if you want to make it thicker and substitute the purée with any flavor you wish.
