Executive chef at Movenpick Hotel in Beirut, chef Frédéric Kulczak worked 2 years in Djibouti Palace Kempinski, was part of Dubai’s pre-opening team of Marriott Al Jaddaf Hotel, the Sofitel JBR and The Melia Hotel. He used to be the Executive Chef of Le Méridien Bora Bora and of Hotel Sainte Anne Resort & Spa on Victoria Mahé in the Seychelles. A native of Burgundy, France, chef Frédéric earned his culinary diploma from the Sacred Heart Culinary School in 1985. He was mentored by renowned chefs such as: Roger Ravaud, Alain Chapel, Bernard Loiseau and Daniel Rogie.
