Cooking an endless love story: Known as much for his humility, warmth and work ethic as for his culinary skills, Apostolos Dimou has chartered a passionate and adventurous career since the age of 18 in his native country Greece.  His culinary journey through his career positions and work assignments went from Greece to Saudi Arabia, England, Serbia, Lisbon, Spain and now Lebanon, gaining valuable experience in many of the countries’ finest hotels.
