Chaud Froid de Chocolat et Vanille by Jean-Baptiste Priolet

CHAUD FROID CHOCOLAT VANILLE

Serves 6| Prep/cooking 60 mins
INGREDIENTS
  • 1000g milk chocolate
  • 100g cacao butter
  • Vanilla Ice Cream

 

Crispy Praline

  • 350g puffed rice
  • 500g praline
  • 250g dark chocolate

Chocolate Sauce

  • 500g dark chocolat
  • 300g milk
  • 50g butter

 

Whipped cream

  • 500g cream
  • 40g sugar
  • 1g vanilla
PREPARATION

Decoration

  1. Melt milk chocolate and cocoa butter, create the decor

 

Crispy Praline

  1. Mix the melted chocolate, praline and puffed rice
  2. Keep in the fridge

 

Chocolate Sauce:

  1. Heat the milk
  2. Pour over the chopped chocolate and the butter
  3. Mix to obtain a sauce

 

Whipped cream

Mix the whipped cream with sugar and vanilla
